What's up Y'all

Haven't posted or even read here in a pretty long time...

Been getting all car happy since it's tax return season and I got a new job that pays decent and doesn't envolve a junkyard.

Gunna be planning a bunch of work to the civic in the next couple weeks/months... nothing too rediculous but a lot of work.

Just figured I'd say whats up.

Thanks. between the last year at the junkyard not being able to go online and working so far from home/where my kids are during the day, and now working at a new office job where I'm working like 11 hour days I haven't had any time to go online at all...

We recently slowed down a little at work so I've had more of a chance and the prospect of having some extra money got me motivated to actually rejoin the normal world for a minute.

I'm jazzed about all the crap I'm gunna do to my car though...

Can't help looking at the pic in your sig and think I"m wasting my money on all this little crap when I could complete my JY turbo set up with half the money I'm going to end up spending...

Been a long time bro. I read your future modification plans. Nice! I say do the boneyard turbo man. It's so much worth it. Got any great score at the yard lately? I pulled out a couple of LS motors and rear disc conversions. I sold all that shit tho.

Keep us posted with the project man. Post pics too

Yeah I had no time when I was at the yard and now it's even worse... before it was because I worked 45min. away from where I lived and my wife lived 30mins. in the opposite direction of work so all I was doing half the day was driving between places...

Now I've got a new job where... GUESS where I'm posting from right now on a Sat.

I didn't really HAVE to come in but... I did... and during the week I'm here from 830-7-8... So I've had no time.

But I'm getting used to working here now so I've got some more time...

The yard really went sour towards the end there... the boss' brother came in to help out and was a TOTAL dick... and really stupid on top of it... like 5 times he told me YOUR WRONG and then a day or two later realized I was right.

I'm pissed too they got a z06 in about a month before I quit and I was going to get to drive it when it was done but I couldn't hang on... Just told him F off one day and left.

Now I'm making more money which is good and have the opportunity to make a LOT more over the next couple of years...

Unfotunately the only things I got out of the yard were:
Porsche 911 intercooler (thing is SICK)
ALL the intercooler piping I could ever want (all aluminum and all bead rolled ends)
Couple of crappy bosch bov's
Prelude SH front calipers (same as integra type R's) going on in the next couple of weeks
Sweet porsche 911 roadside safety kit... it's got a freaking compressor in it.
that' 944 center console I put in my civic.
Some nice BMW fog lights I have to install.

That's about it... I think I could go back and pick up a free turbo and down pipe which would be awesome but I don't know if it'll happen or not though.

Definately going to be posting pics of all the work I'm doing...

Car is going to be a junkyard beast... It's still ALL banged up on the outside so I'm not really planning on fixing that stuff till I get the turbo set up... I may flat black it pretty soon too...

it's my second car now so I can do a lot more that will lay it up for a while... Plus my buddy just bought a house with a 2 bay garage and doesn't mind me working on it there for things that I couldn't do at my buddies' shop becaue it would tie up a bay for too long.

HELLO to everyone else...

I've got pics of the 944 console... it looks good but needs to be cleaned up how it mounts... But I don't have any server space...

Does WTDR host for this place yet?

lol...

yeah that's my son... My dad travels to japan a lot and he got that for him...

I thought it would be a funny avatar with all the jdm craziness. Everyone loves the pic... Don't know if you can see it in the avatar but he's staring off into the distance like he's remorsefully thinking back on a kill or something... it's great.
