accord kits

does anyone know of turbo kits made for the f22a1's ? i don't seem to find any. any help in this department ?

I dont know of any bolt on turbos for your gen.. you'll probably have to fabricate..

i read that the prelude f22 engine and h23 engine have the same exaust manifold.... i dunno what f22 the prleude comes with, and if they are different. also ive herd the eclipse turbo manifolds bolt up.

the prelude s has a f22a4, but the manifolds are the same.

well, some guy on one of my other boards just put a h23 manifold on his f22a4 and its a perfect fit. ive herd of people using eclipse 4g63 manifolds too

customize man. i'll walk you to it. pick up a turbo from an older eclipse which are capable of pushing 14-16 psi. i kind of doubt that eclipse manifold will fit any honda exhaust ports. go to a junkyard and check. i'll see if i can check it out this weekend.

OMFG I know this is an old post, BUT, I couldn't resist, this is good data.


IF a older 4G63 manifold bolts up, guess what? That new beast of a car, Lancer Evo VIII, has a twin-scroll turbo, and is ALSO based off the 4G63, now, thinking what I am thinking?

The twin-scroll design supposedly reduces lag alot, while making that motor pump 271-HP (claimed) at 2.0L

Its running 8.8:1 compression, so it could boost 14PSI to make that.... mmmm tasty.... we need someone to get a Lancer turbo..
