Center Piece Removal For Head Unit

This process will give you access to the factory head unit so you can replace it without breaking or damaging any pieces. Its easy to do but takes patience.

-Remove the panel below steering column ( 3 visible screws )

-Remove the now-visible 2 brass colored phillips screws on left of the panel under the radio ( the 12v outlet is mounted on this panel )

-Empty the Glove Box and pull in the tabs at the top so the box opens all the way pointing down

-Remove now-visible 2 brass colored phillips screws on right of panel under the radio

-Remove the 2 brass colored screws at the top of this same panel

-Remove Panel

-You can now get to the two silver 8mm bolts holding the bottom/back of the stock radio in

This will save you the trouble of having someone else put your head unit in, not including some money. Take your time and good luck.
