Car Accident

I was in a car accident a couple of days ago and my Honda looks horrible. This dude in a Chevy truck with a metal extended bed attached to the back of the truck decides to turn left right in front of me as I was heading home...and I smashed right into the back of the metal bed. My car looks horrible. I wanted to cry. I get out of the car and he tries to tell me that I was going too fast...I was like...dude, I was in third gear...not even up to the speed limit...jackass. So the cop gets there and he told me that he was the one at fault for failure to yield and he got cited...so I pretty much am left with an F'ed up car...
I went to the hospital and got cat scans and ex rays and Im pretty much all in one piece but I do get massive headaches and minor lower back aches...
Im carless...such an inconvenience...

Aww, that really sucks. Its good you're alright though. I guess this could give you a good excuse to build up your car a little more?

Good luck with everything.

wouldn't his insurance pay for it then?

glad to hear you're alright. Funny thing, I went head on into a wall and walked away with only a slight bruse. I was physically fine other wise.

How fast were you going?

Glad to hear you're ok. Sucks about the car but it's still just a car. It can be fixed/replaced alot easier than you can be. Take it easy on yourself.

the geekz0r (11:04:49 PM): 1st is like hitting a cheeta in the ass with a tazer

I just found out that the guy that I hit is not trying to pay for anything because he doesn't feel that he was at fault...now my lawyer is waiting for the police report so that we can handle this situation...I am still without a car or anything...Im pissed...

Actually I walked away with nothing more then a sore spot where the seatbelt dug into my shoulder.

My accident was a text book head on into a wall that wasn't going to move, car was built for it. Too bad, cause i miss her

Dang...I don't know how long I'll be in physical therapy...since Im military we have to do physical training so many times a week...well, I've been restricted from any kind of training for 2 to 4 weeks...and that sucks because I play basketball and now I can't...Im so sad...
And I still don't have a car...the guy who turned left in front of me is being difficult...he feels that he wasn't at fault...even after the cop had cited him and everything...and it's hard not having a car...

yeah it sucks not having a car.

I wouldn't sue the "pants off" of him. That's just plain old fucking stupid.
But I would want my car fixed and for his/him to pay for it. If it was his fault.

How can you be that hurt after a small fender bender, you have to realize you sound like a baby.

He cut in front of you and unless you were dumb enough to keep the gas down you couldn't of had that hard of an impact. Physical therapy, common.

The day after my serious crash I was up and about just like it had never happened. Phsyical therapy... bs
