burning oil??
well past couple of days h vae had to refill my oil every day almost cause when i pull it out on the dipstick it like reads bone dry. also there is a fair amount of black/gray smoke coming out of my exhaust. What is causing this to happpen i heard from some people it could be the valve seals or the springs??

Check your coolant to see if it has oil in it.

Piston rings are toast. Check your compression to be sure, but that's probably it. My condolences.

Piston Rings. Trust me my civic had the same problem. it was 57.19 for a set of rings. and you need 4. so it will cost you, but its a good thing to have done.

it runs a lot better. They said the vavles were way out of time and they got that done and now my cr actually has power. and it also starts a lot better and i get better acceleration now. i think that the car couldnt handle that much spark the boush were putting out or somethin.. but ya it runs good.. goes in the shop tommrrow for a clutch master cylinder.. i am leaking grease everywhere!!!!
