Got A Question?????????????!!!?!?!?!

I just put my bass tube in the other day...and it comes with come mounting straps...that arent so great...especailly with the way i drive..the tube always slips out of the straps...adn is arleayd scratched up...i dotn want ne moe damage....does ne one have ne suggestions on what i can do to mount it better....like if should purchase somethign from a hardware store to mount it better..i've been thinkin of somethgin but nothgins come to my mind yet...

When I had a tube in one of my old cars...I mounted it to a wooden board using those straps. I never had any problems with it sliding out

Ne one else got ne other suggestions...that sounds like it would work...like what kinda wood did u use...like jus a regular 2x4 or something...and how does that not make the tube slip out...

Don't remember what type of wood...but it was just a perfect square board. I was just able to mount the straps better then puttin it into the carpet so I could tighten it more.
