the h22 tranny i believe is stronger, but the h23 has longer gears. i'd stick with the h22 though so you can stay in the upper rpms and not have to worry about the vtec fuel/air spike in every gear you shift with boost.

Longer gears arent necessarily best for turbo.
Sure you stay in boost longer than with shorter gearing, but shorter gears ALWAYS mean faster acceleration. |

the h22 tranny drops(when shifting at 7400-7500 in every gear) to roughly 5050 from 1st-2nd, and 5200 for the rest of the gears if my memory serves me correctly
