Need LOUDER Exhaust...
i need the loudest exhaust imaginable...
why? i'm 16... i have no respect for society... and i need attention. not that i don't get chicks... i kAn. but why not go all out and be heard? exactly... today i heard the loudest exhaust on a civic ever. not a farter but a REALLY LOUD deep exhaust. very nice. it rode right past me as i was walking through the school parking lot and i almost had to cover my ears. any clue what the guy had? or what a really loud one might be called...? |

no exuast...just run right off the header...or cat if you want to save the environment...or just relase green house gasses instead of poison...lol...jk
OBX is the loudest, thats what Ive heard...literally...you could get a custom setup too...just run straight through design w/ no resonator at all |

if you run from the cat or header you will get a very raspy, sometimes even high pitched. Also depends upon whether the resonator has been removed or not. I have a revolution from ac, it is a rather deep tone. I would think that the more sound deadening in the muffler, the deeper the tone. How bout a greddy?

Apexi N1 Exhaust are loud....we were goin' to IREV at a modest 70 MPH with the music on loud and our friend's Celica GT with the N1 Exhaust just drowned out the wind noise and the music....now that's loud... not sure if they have the N1 for civics though

the N1 is a universal muffler pdog, did you have the resonator on still or was it from the header? I wouldn't have expected that. Well I guess there is the answer for loudness.

on my first exhaust i had a simple Arospeed muffler and a custom straight pipe with no cat and no resonator....that was one of the loudest things i have ever heard, but since then i have gone through dc sports tcs (which sucked) and thermal stealth which was too quiet, i love my apexi exhaust now...works great i recomend it to anyone that wants a good sounding ehaust but not too quiet or not to un-noticable . . .

resonator is like midway down...the midpipe . its a big boxy lookin thing...maybe...18in long...looks like a big soup can.
When I ran mine for 30secs it was straigh outta the header...no cat...no resonator...no nothing...loud as hell and sounded purely like shit...it was enough to fool the old camero ss dirt track driver though...he shit his pants when he saw it was a civic lol |

ill tell you what, you might want to keep the cat. if you get pulled over (trust me you will, reguardless of how stupid you are thinking you wont) you will get slammed with fix it tickets. you will also be cited for disturbing the peace. its not worth it to have a loud muffler. now a decently gentle humming noise one isnt that bad. too loud a muffler and they will think you are trying to compensate for lack of sausage in the pants.by the way, most other people would cringe at the sound of a loud as hell muffler. and you would basically get laughed at. so save yourself some financial as well as social headaches and get a sebring. they are bitchin and look awesome.

its not to anyone who knows about real car performance.... they get a REAL n1 catback because of its very very free flow disign for strait line speed.

no let him look retarded i encourage it. take a camcorder with you to school so you can video tape people laughing at you. and maybe one guy with a starter mustache, glasses and an anime t-shirt will be like 'hey stop laughing thats cool!' as he gets jumped by an angry mob of students.

[sarcasm]maybe you should just go DUAL straight pipe out the hood like exhaust stacks on a trator trailor that would be cool and loud [/sarcasm]
