LSVtec wont turn over
I just finished a lsvtec build I bin working on. Im using a 2000ls block with a 2000b16head im still running the ls ecu obd1. it cranks over and sounds like it wants to start but wont. It has spark and fuel and im still running the stock injectors. what can be the problem???

Are the spark plug wires in the right firing order?
If they are, try push starting it. If THAT doesn't work, PM me or respond.

we he replaced the spark wires. still same problem. he bought a hondata and it cranked over. odd. but he got it working.
i think it was flooded. he tried so many times.

One important thing to remember about engines is that they need 3 things to start: Power (electricity), fuel, and air. If they have those 3 things and the ECU is in order, it WILL start. Take a spark plug out of the number 1 cylinder, put your finger over the hole and turn the engine over a few times. If you feel your finger getting pushed out, you've got compression and therefore air. Another tool you might want looks something like a screwdriver, but has a clear handle. When you ground it and put it against something with electricity flowing through it, it lights up. Put it against the number one cylinder spark plug and turn the car over with the starter to see if you've getting power. If you are, then it must be fuel flow. Could be fuel pump, dirty injectors, etc. This may sound stupid, but make sure it has fuel to start with! We've finished restorations on old British cars at the shop I work at, wondering why they won't start, only to look at the gas gauge a few minutes later to see they haven't been filled up yet. That's a humbling experience...

this may sound stupid but are all the grounds grounded? i've seen many swaps end up with forgetting the grounds. something stupid like that may be the problem.
