try craftman's stripped bolt/nut remover thing, its a set of sockets that have sharp edges to dig into the bolt/nut

let me get this straight, you stipped the nuts that attach you header to the block, and then you decided to cut the actual header? WTF does that accomplish?? well anyway good luck getting it off. Other than that maybe try cutting the nut in half with a dremel tool.

I got it off today, I cut the Stock header to get more access to the damn nut, but that did not work, then I was looking at it a little closer and there is a square hole to get a extension and a knuckle on and what not but that still did not work, but a big ass vice grip did, took almost 12 hrs though! Give me 30 min 2 extentsions a 10 12 and a 14 mm and some beer and I can get one on now!!! Whoo Ill get pics up soon looks key! Thanks Guys
