aluminum flywheel ?'s
Hey,
i saw in another post some talk about aluminum flywheels i understand just the most basic of concepts that go with these will it affect the redline of my motor? how difficult are they to install? is is something that i should let a profesional do or could a weekend mechanic hanle this one? anyones input will be appreciated thanks Sean |

no it wont affect the redline, but you'll get to it quicker, improves acceleration a little bit. but rpms go down faster too. worth it if yer running a 92 LX motor? nIMO - unless you have numerous other mods done.
but anyways, its a pain in the ass to install unless you have a car lift, cuz standing under the car is a lot nicer than crawling. as long as you know your way around the car rather well, you can DIY with the right tools. |
