its not THAT big of a deal, my friend had two removed this year. He BMXs and lands on his balls a lot thus the hernias, and hes fine, takes about a week or so to recover, and then like another week or so for the small scarring.

not really...its not something that Ive ever really looked into for information.
I know that the surgery can be out-patient (out same day) but it doesnt have to be...you can stay at the hospital, if you like.

The only thing that you'd have to be worried about is it happening again, so watch what you do and be careful for awhile and let things heal up well.
All men are prone to getting them...its a design flaw.

I have one simple test for ya to do that will definatly tell ya if ya got a hernia.
ok step one find a box sacxk or dumbbell that weights over 100 pounds.

step two pick up the whatever you found

Step three if you can stil walk you dont have a hernia if you cant walk and are huddeled on the ground in pain guess what you have a hernia

give it go .

J/k man sounds like if ya do have one no worst case out paitent surgery and an ice pack on your nuts for a wekk cold but not to bad hey where is our resident doctor on this one
