Need help with my civic
Hi this is my first post here on the forums,
Currently I have an exhaust on my car, its a power flow, and I am thinking about doing an upgrade. Should I invest in a k&n air filter or split fire spark plugs? Thanks. |

Keep the stock plugs. They are very good for anything short of forced induction. id definantly go for a header and intake next.

Dont waste your money on the plugs.. Get the airfilter.. Just make sure your plugs are in good shape.. If not just get a set of NGK V-power plugs you can get a set for $8. They work just fine.

1 . Is your exhasut cat-back? If so what diameter? If not, get a new one. Greddy is good.
2. Save your money and get an AEM Cold Air Intake. The K&N filters are good, but no replacement for a CAI. 3. NGK V-Powers. The splitfires will foul. There is no maybe. Not too mention you could buy 3 sets of NGK V-Powers for the price of one set of SplitFires. You really need to figure out where you are headed. Do you want just the basic upgrades(intake, header, exhaust) for some power? Or do you plan on going turbo, nitrous or S/C? Do this and you won't spend money on stuff you don't need.

I wouldn't go with headers personally. I think that it's a waste of money...just huck a turbo on instead of the headers
ahahahahahahahaah just kidding
