New headlight help

I ordered some Dual Projector headlights from EBay 2 weeks ago, there the blue halo eye lights... They look awesome, so I put them in and nothing is working right... Whenever I turn on my lights, my hi-beams come on when I dont even pull back on the left flipper. And I cant get the blue light to work, the bulb is in there... And if its burnt out... Why would they both be burnt out?

And I messed with it some more, and no my dash lights dont come on. Maybe a blown fuse, because they did work earlier. I thought this was going to be an easy task, but so far is hasnt been. And if it helps... I drive a 94 Civic EX

sounds like a blown fuse to me. why dont you just take off the headlights and see if you can get the rings to light up when attached to just a battery (if you have an extra or if you want to open up the hood and try that.)

if that doesnt even work, send em back...because not only are you going to be really dissapointed in the performance of the lights, but they sound pretty shady as well

I have Duel projectors as well. Try this- If you spliced the halo wires incorrectly it will give you this problem with the hi-beams. I had the same problem. Flip them around. As far as the dash lights go, its a fuse.

Hopefully you will like what you see at night, I don't. I can't see $#!T. Invest in some secondary driving lights.

PDiggs as London:
"I fixed the problem the other day...thanks for the help. I mistakenly had the wires mixed up . They work great now and look really 'tight' (I think that was the word...if not i appologize...I hate that word).
