powersteering going ??

I noticed lately that in the morning when i make a turn the car start's to squeal. at first i tought it was one of the belts, but i noticed that it does it after 1.5 turns of the wheel. It does that only when it's cold. Could it be from the aging psf that is so thick in the cold and the pump won't be able to retract it ? Also i do not have Honda psf. When my mom had the car my dad threw in there some psf but not for hondas. How can i drain all the thing out ? I know unplugging the hoses will do half of the job, because it is higher than the rack, so i'll still have left some of the old crap. What do u think ? Can it be the fluid only or the entire system ? The steerin fluid is at a normal level so far, and i did not notice any changes in the way the car handles.

If the fluid is at the right level, and it was fine all these days I dont think thats the problem..

Usually when there's a problem with the fluide, you'll hear a light grinding type of noise.

it sounds like it has no damn fluid in it or a belt is slipping. It's more like a squeaky sound. i dunno i can't describe it too good. i think it has to do something with the cold. Now even the speedometer shows me 20mph while in park when it's freezing out. i had it with that.

I actually have the same problem on my car (Concorde)
Only when it's cold though! Like if it stood outside overnight and got real cold!
