This doesn't make sense
So I got two spam emails today that have me scratching my head. I'm used to getting porn-oriented emails...I'm sure most people are. I haven't visited a porn site in years, but I get the emails nontheless. I also get emails to both enlarge my breasts and my wang. Someone got confused there. But what left me in a daze this time? The subject lines. Anyone who is overly sensitive may want to stop reading right here.
Email #1 - SEXUALLY - EXPLICIT: Girls doing lesbian acts Email #2 - Pussies wide open gaping with jizz Now...maybe it's just me, but email #2 seems a helluva lot more "explicit" thatn email #1. I know the markers are there due to the content (usually pictures), but holy shit...there should really be some boundaries put on email #2. Personally I don't really care about the subject lines of emails. Generally I ignore them. But just think...if you had a kid and he/she read that shit, how would you feel about answering the inevitable question "mom, dad...what's a pussy wide open gaping with jizz?". Now I hate children...can't stand them...but even I don't think this shit is appropriate. Where's the fucking line anymore?

Certainly not anything that kids should be viewing.
However, the warning/language used DOES make sense to me. In email #1, "Girls doing lesbian acts" could be kissing, hence the need to clarify that it is sexually explicit, because kissing isn't sexually explicit. In email #2, pussies wide open gaping with jizz already implies that it is sexually explicit, so it would be redundant to add that in the subject...

Actually the header before #1 is a law passed a year or two ago. Anything containing images or things of that nature MUST have the "sexually explicit" preface. If it's just a link or whatever, it can say whatever the hell it wants in the subject line. I guess I'm just curious why they don't both have to have the same warning.

ARIS traces the IP address it was sent from to Verizon, so chances are it was within the US. I don't think it matters, though. I think you still have to abide by the laws of the country the email is going to.
