Civic Addict was actually working on a OBD-II program for his car. Im not sure how far he has actually gotten on it though.
Im sure he'll chime in shortly.

*DING* Yeah I am working on one. Its coming along. Slowly but its getting there. Mine will handle mostly Hondas/Acuras at first. I'm looking to do more than just OBDII with my setup, so its taking me a while to get done. In the mean time... www.obd-2.com I've used that one. Its a decent setup. Runs on just about anything, even Windows 3.1. Includes extended support for FORDs & GMs. Not as much for Honda, but it will read them. www.autotap.com Not used this one, but its supposed to be decent.
