s-afc vc s-afc II

which would be the better choice of the two? ive never used either one so what would be the best bet for someone just learning how to use one?

They are really about the same function wise and gen 2 looks better I think. Gen 2 also has smaller increments on tuning therefore can fine tune a set-up better. Goodluck
