I would love a K series, there such beast... to bad there “only” around 8 grand for a full swap into a EK or EG ....

If anyone is interested in this swap go to
www.hybrid-racing.com check out the galleries and watch a EG stock K series kill a EVO...

I would think he's refering to the hatchbacks rather than the coupes.
EG6=92-95 Honda Civic hatchback
EK9=92-00 Honda Civic hatchback

I hope this forum turns out decent, I like kswap chat, because there are many things I have yet to learn. As for the ep3..well, BOO!

Although, why is there a seperate section for this, because I would have imagined we'd put the DC5 under Integra/RSX since there arent many DC5s out there yes anyway. Then the EP3 can go under civics. I dunno, I guess if we started using that lingo, why would the Integra section be DA/DC2/DB8 ?

Either way, I'm not bitchin, well, not totally, just a little

well some mods mentioned that because the new k series engines in them. well most hondas nowadays have the k power for the 4 bangers. so there are only the d17 series left, the k series and the C and J series. RIP F series

yep, I thought that the DC5 and EP3 should fall on the same category since they are really the same on the performance aspects. The RSX is nowhere similar to a Teg, and so as the EP3 is nowhere close to the previous civics. The 7th gen is still a D-engine and "somewhat" still posses the look of the previous coupes. Just a thought.

MissJDM, I dont think there are many people here who knows the K-series. I'm completely clueless with it except from what I've read on a few HondaTuning magazines. I think that you should induce a few thoughts to trigger some interest around here. I sure wouldnt mind jumping in......
