My *near* future plans:
CF hood (soon) Recaro seats Supercharger (next engine mod) LSD Sway bars (really soon) Work on internals (pistons, valves, valve springs, retainers, ect. Possibly a VTEC head swap, what do you think? I've been kinda thinking about getting one of those neon underglow kits.........what do you all think about those things? I'm not too much into flashy stuff, needless to say, neon is very flashy and very out of character for me, but I think it looks kinda cool. I like the sleeper look, but maybe I'll give it a try. |

I'm agreeing. It was just a thought, but I was already leaning towards no. Too much like Fast and Furious

and why dont you just go turbo!? most you can really run w/ a supercharger is 8psi... you can get up to 12psi, but after 12psi you start melting your internals At least with a turbo if you resleeve, rebuilt you can have your motor hold like 15-30psi. Turbo will just do more for you, and its pretty much the same price as a JRSC. I just havent been to impressed w/ the JRSC like i have been with lets say.. a t3/t4 ball bearing turbo. From what i have seen, the turbos are more reliable... if you get the JRSC you getting the water injection? or what? as far as the vtec head swap, its a lot of work, and a lot of $$$... b/c you have to drill new oil lines.. it can be done, it can be reliable.. if you wanna spend those kinda dollars then go for it Thats my additional .02 |
