springs and shocks?

I saw these posted on Ebay....in the near f uture i will be looking to lower my car and upgrade the suspension. Will these be a good investment and is this a good deal to try to get? I really don't know much about companies and their suspensions and was just wondering if i was to give it a try? Will these products make me a happy customer?
