all motor cams are useless in a turbo setup, you get valve overlap and you will leak boost. turbo cams will yeild upto 20-30hp on mid pis settings. h22's cams have alot of overlap to begin with, so even more so on that engine the turbo cams will help. cams have a lift and duration spec for each lobe, and when doing all motor, you want a certain amount of valve over lap, turbo you want almost none
