yeah 300 is too much for the cooling system. i'd rather keep the CPU in the fridge   my old desktop sounds like an airplane ready to take off and i don't need a heater in my room during winter time. it will take care of it for me. i probed once the cpu temp and i got a 14C temperature, but i guess one of the probes is messed up.
