I would have to agree.. He'll never pay you back, or he'd have kept his word the first time.. Take him to court.. If he doesnt show Theyll issue a warrent out for his arrest.. If you guys had a verble agreement it will still hold up in court.. Talk to a lawyer and see what they say about the whole ordeal..
