what needs to be done?

hey I'm thinking of getting either the prelude motor with auto or the prelude motor with the manual. I hav ea 94 accord auto and i was wonder if some1 could tell me what has to be done to have the manual transmission put in an automatic car. are there any sites that can give me details on how to do this? or should i just go with the auto cause of the simplicity?
