installing LED winshield washer nozzle?

heartbreakkid Posts: n/a	installing LED winshield washer nozzle? how do I install the LED washer nozzle to be on when I parked and where I installed the red and black wires to? I know red for 12V and black to the ground, but where is the 12V underneath the hood and where to connect the ground wire to? Oh btw, I have a 95 Civic just incase.
