Actually his plan doesn't have much to do with sending more troops to Iraq from what I've read. Although with all of the bullshit we've thrown at current troops it's hard to imagine we'll have an easy time recruiting in the future. yeah it dosnt sound like we are trying to send more, just have more on hand "just incase".
