I love my race reps here in SoCal, but I took the Duc back to Dallas with me and was wishing that I hadn't. Here in SoCal there are alot of canyons and very twisty roads, but in much of the rest of the country these bikes are, um boring. There just isn't anywhere to take advantage of the suspension and riding position on these bikes. If all you want is straight line speed, damn near any bike will do with the prroper mods and a skilled rider. For instance, on my 99 R6, I smoked a busa because he didn't even know how to down shift. HE REVVED ON ME!!! The rider is more important than the bike.
