no it's not, you don't rev match while double clutching, only when your down shifting and double clutching, then you use heel toe too ;D double clutching is so you don't use your synchro's for us SI guys that there synchro's grinds i beieve most tractor trailers must double clutch.

1st
clutch in
neutral
cluth out
clutch in
2nd
clutchout

you don't need to double clutch to downshift, but DO REV MATCH!
blip the throttle just before u let out the clutch so the RPM"S match up with the speed your goin for that gear.
