![]() So the tranny fix is a total bust.
I replaced the standard clutch parts (clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and had the flywheel resurfaced) and replaced the input shaft bearing, which I was told would be the cause of my "bad bearing sound". I took it out for a drive today (first time since fixed) and the sound is still there....but worse! I installed everyhing correctly, and torqued things in the right order/way. Does anyone have any suggestions? I swear I will go totally berserk if its the countershaft bearing.... ![]() I will sadly be taking it to a shop otherwise.... ![]() |
