Turbo 94 Honda Civic ?! PLEAS HELP

Hey guys,
I have a problem. i recently just put a turbo on my 94 4 door civic with a d15b7 motor. The kit includes a td05h turbocharger, front mount intercooler, greddy bov, vortec 10:1 fmu, check valves and assorted pipes and hardwear.

When i drive my car it is shooting oil out of the bov when i change gears, and blowing really thick grey smoke out the exhaust, also the oil quickly depletes after i drive.

what is going on and how will i go about to fix this problem?
