Wreck, Need New Wheels!

Hey all, I got forced off the road last night and went up over a curb detroying my rims and tires (and some suspension and body damage). The other guy is taking full blame for it and is paying for all repairs including the cost to replace my rims and tires. So what I'm looking for here, if you would, are your suggestions for a set of 16 or 17" wheels with tires (looking at the Spec2's currently). I want to keep the cost under a grand. I would prefer something with either gunmetal with machined lip, dark shiny silver, or silver painted. No chrome, no bling. I had Enkei 16" CDR9's with Dunlops and Yoko's. I've been out of the game for a bit so I'm curious to see what your suggestions are. Oh yeah, I'd like lightweight if possible. Thanks in advance!
