fuel filter
i hadve a question about checking the fuel filter. im doing my routine maintnace. and in the haynes manaul it says to depress the gas, and bunch of other stuff. do i really have to do all this or can i just unbolt the cover and replace it? i have a 99 civic ex. i have som other small question but i will wait till this one is answered.
