help decoding this

Alright so I am still trying to by the bike from the guy in France......he hates escrow for some reason and wants to do this lol:

I understand your concern and this is what i have in mind:You send the money in UK on what name and adress you want even your own name.You give the details to check if the transfer was made.If it´s ok i will start shipping right away.When you will receive a trucking number from FedEx and when you are sure that the bike is in your way and is safe you change the transfer from UK to France on my name and adress.If is not a secure way for you i think that i am crazy.Now is a litlle risky for me.So let me know if you want in this way because i don´t want to waist more time with this bike
