European VIN's

alright like i said before i'm thinking about buying a bike from europe. I have the VIN but it's completely diff than US I just found out. IF anyone knows how to check please let me know or check this: JKBZXJB173A000001

Also what kind of paperwork and stuff would I have to do to transfer title to US....crap like that? Thanks a lot
