Well what internals are you referring to?

If its a decent build a direct port 80 shot would be a beautiful thing. The nice part about a direct port system is that there is basically no limit on you shot. It does require more work to install though.

For the basic daily driver, you could go 75 shot on stock internals. Just run a colder plug & retard your timing.
