Track Times Inside

Well, I took the 350z to the track for the first time tonight. I wasn’t thrilled with the results, but they weren’t too bad. I had no closed-toe shoes, so had to borrow a friend’s clogs which were awful for shifting, and on the last run I took them off and ran barefoot. Traction SUCKED, first run I spun tired all the way through 3 gears and just coasted to the line, knowing I screwed up and didn’t feel like trying…

Temp- 76F
Humidity- 65%
Elevation- 1200ft I think (in Memphis, TN)
Track was nasty, tons of rocks, bad burnout pit

Only engine mods are insaneamine grounding kit. I look forward to better times with more practice and some mods. The car is a performance 6mt with 1800 miles on it, and is my first manual car so times should be improving soon. J
