Me vs. 93 civic hatch si

Well about a month ago my friend sold his vtec del sol to get a civic si hatch that he is going to be doing a swap into shortly. But just to see what my car would probably run at the track we raced. we were driving down the highway trying to catch a light (it was about 1 so nobody was on the road) but none of the lights were changing cause nobody was on the sidestreets trying to get on so we just stoped in the middle of the highway and a friend started us. Off the launch i had him by like half a car all the way through first, second gear he got to right next to me, then in third gear i pulled away. It was a good ride i was amazed that i won and so was he. cant wait to race my buddies 95 4 door nonvtec civic for 10 bucks haha.
