Koni shocks are great period, go with them

As for springs, I would suggest Eibach Sportlines, H&R and Neuspeed are pretty good as well. Sorry, but I think you should go with coilovers and get a true coilover system (I kick myself in the arse everyday for not going with Tein) I would get Tein coilovers, you will be very pleased and the adjustability is a big plus...TRUST ME
