I think they look good.... not all neon's but the rt4 is nasty looking.
and to answer the original question... I would NEVER buy a new car... it's a waste of money... you pay a premium for something that basically loses half of it's value the minute you pick it up. F all that... get a 2 thousand dollar used car and put 23k into it..
