Roof mounted bike racks

Any of you have a Yakima roof rack with Q towers such as for a 6th gen Accord? I'm looking at the Yakima with Q towers and Viper fork mount (I'm not a fan of standing mounts).

I'm wondering a few things:

1. How gentle is it on your paint/clear coat?

2. Quick and easy installation/removal? I don't want to leave it on all the time.

3. Where does the Q-clip attatch? Does it in any way compromise the door seal or paint?

4. Can you recommend anything better?
