Whatever you do don't boost more then 7psi on stock internals. I made that mistake and fried my pistons, blew my head gasket etc...
I went with arias low comp pistons total seal rings greddy 2mm head gasket and a ton of other upgrades. I now boost 10psi all day with no problems.
