Well I went down to the Toronto Auto Show this saturday with mt.biker and another friend of mine.
We got there at about 3:30-4pm, came out at 9pm!
It was pretty cool. Got to sit in most cars (cept the really expensive ones)
Overall it was a good time. I got a lot of pamphlets, but only one poster

And Audi Race Car. There where apparently Porsche and BMW ones but by the time we got there, they where all gone.
There was also a little section for tuned cars. It was a preview for the Hot Import Fest that's going to be here in December 02'
I saw the Meguiar's Prelude there. Talked to one of the guys from TPS, that was a friend and the person who helped build the lude. He was really cool, told me a lot of useful info! Wasn't sarcastic at all since I'm a newbie.
At the end I got the Auto Show car guide, that had all the cars that where in the show in it, with their info!

Overall nice impression!

No no. I went to like 3 before. But the last one was about 2 years ago. I wasn't really interested in cars as much so I was like...OOOOO AHHHHH SHINY! lol
Basically I knew Beamers and Mercedes where expensive. That kind of stuff. And all the years before it was like 2-3 hrs then I had to leave. This time when I left, and got back to my friends house on the subway, I had troubles accelerating smoothly cuz my legs hurt

yea went to the autoshow with my ex on sunday (feb. 24th) and took lots of pictures, sat in cars i wanted to sit in....actually bought a digital camera for the occasion...just gotta transfer the pictures onto my computer and then return the camera..hahaha

yea the show there was ok... lots of nice bling bling cars tho....

cant wait for import fest... yay i'll be showing for that show.. cant wait... TO here i come...
btw Importfest and Darknights will be my first car showings in Toronto....

There is one on March 8-9-10 in the International Center which is PERFORMANCE WORLD/SPORT COMPACT CHALLENGE
and one in December (don't know exact date) in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, which is Import Fest!

you can check out racemode.com for the major events that will be taking place... sportcompactperformance.com will have some too...
