what is a throttle body spacer!! what does it do for you??

Its supposed to give you:
- More Horsepower - More Torque - Better Throttle Response - Improved Fuel Economy

and where does it go ? between the throttle body and the intake plentum ? how much for one ?

Yeah it goes between the TB and the intake... Im not sure how much they cost.
