That's the best part about bananas.. They are one of those foods that never really go bad. Yes, if they are unripe or to ripe they taste like shit but they won't harm you.

Just FYI, Bananas rippen faster in the heat. If you want to keep them more solid for longer put them in the fridge once they are ripe. They will still turn brown, but they will not get soft and mushy and still taste fine.
