I'm pretty sure I see what you're talking about, but I don't think it's a person. I watched it a few times and paused it right when that comes into view. It kind of looks like a person, but I don't think it is.

I'm with pat... the dude is down the hall... it's prob. a combo of taking apart the door handle and putting a motor or servo in there... they're RC dorks if you ask me...
Also he never shows the upper insed corner of the door by the hinge... another tip off to me that there's prob a motor or something in the corner to swing the door... and at a certain point the motion of the door knob going up and down is VERY rythmic and circular like a cam is bumping it from underneith on the inside.
