Moment of Irony

I workout 3-4 times a week and watch my diet carefully. I always have a protein shake after workouts and lately have been adding weight gainer in the shakes. There is a cup I always use for mixing the shakes as it is large enough to get all the milk, ice cream, banana, honey, and powder in it and still be able to use my handheld mixer to blend it all into a delicious milkshake. I have never paid much attention to the cup other than noticing the word "Release" written in large, blue print on the side of the cup. I happened, just now, to notice the rest of the writing. It says "Weight loss that works!" This is ironic, of course, due to the weight gainer I used to make the milkshake, which is currently in the "weight loss" cup. Ironic, isn't it?

I did that with supplements...the same fucking thing..I was taking two shakes a day...and taking supplements..and weight loss supplement...counter productive if you ask me. As soon as I stopped the weight loss. I put on some good muscle.
