Lots of companies got the car directly from honda, pre-release. Honda decided it was better this way...
If I were to ever buy one, Id do away with throttle-by-wire and then work on removing some of the car's heft (heaviest damn civic). After that.....I dont know I keep trying to find ways that the EP3 is better (and it is with a a2 head) |

aftermarket quiafe lsd is better than stock anything, and i believe they have those for rsx s
stuff like that isnt really a selling point to me I do admit, it looks nice... And stock for stock, its probably better overall than the ep3....but modded the ep3 is better |

I can't imagine someone purchasing this new Si or the ep3 for it's speed though. If anything, it's for the looks. In that case, this new si > ep3 van, hands down.
