freakin VIS
I have never had a problem with VIS. I never had anything from them. the body shop that is fixing my car from the deer accident. as you all know about.
ordered a hood from there 1 week after the accident (in mid march). so i go to drop my car off. the guy at the desk takes my name looks at me and goes " your hood isnt here. itll be an extra 10 days." i got this wtf dumb founded look. i said why you ordered it mid march. he explains the phone call he had with the VIS rep. shop, " i ordered a hood from you in mid march, did you sent it?" VIS, "we are currently out of stock." Shop, "i ordered it in mid march. your website said you werent then. why did you not send it when the order when threw?" VIS, " we ship after we recieve payment. your payment didnt make it till 2 days after order." shop. " when can i expect it?" VIS, " itll ship end of the week. after the new patch is done." shop, " ok." man, fucking vis and there delaying my car getting fixing.

well it makes sense. since on a card the payment never actually goes through until 2 business days afterwards normally.
you just got screwed but bad luck thats all

that sucks. and the payement is considered final when they receive the confirmation number.
