Things that are missing
OK i feel that lately HST has been lacking some things.
1. Chat. The link doesn't seem to work (for me anyway), and when it does, there's nobody on. I think we should have a weekly chat session for HST members when people will be on so we can all just, well chat. So idk, maybe we could fix the link, and set up a poll on when everyone should meet up in the chat. 2. Friday NWS. here's a biggie. I know we used to have the weeky friday NWS (smut), and we definatley need it back after a long week of work/school. 3. membership. It seems that there's only like 20 extremely active members. I feel that we should increase our membership (or very active memberships). The way i propose to do this, TELL A FRIEND!! Everyone talks to their friends about cars, so mention HST, this site is that great, and try to get them to register. This will also unfortunatley help steve in his goal of becomming a mod (by having more people on the board) but i think it's a risk we can take  4. Jokes. I think that along with our ritualistic smut, that jokes are a big part of this board. I think we need either a more routine posting of jokes, or a specific forum, or something. It just seems that before i could log onto hst, read a funny ass joke, see some smut, and then run out the door thinking, wow that just made my day. And it just seems that lately HST has been lacking (in some very important areas), So come on people, contribute!

i'll try to find out about the chat and when/if it can be fixed
post stuff.. it will generate traffic, then people that sign up for a few days will stay. also it is kinda a busy time of the year for alot of people right now, i try to get on every other day or so... it will pick up.

We've tried the chat thing for a while. When we first started this site, I remember actually seeing 15 people in the chat room at one time. We tried making it regular on wednesdays after 9PM EST.
I like smut too but I think somebody got offended even with the *NWS* warning... I cant remember the exact details.... Most of my friends are into local boards. I've tried getting them involved here already. I get jokes on a daily basis from work. I'm gonna start posting it. I truly understand what you mean. There used to be a few Turbo Honda gurus here. I dont know what happened to them...... |

yeah i think it should be the responsibility of a member who has either 1. been here the longest (and still posts on a daily basis) or 2. whoever has the highest daily post rate. but just a suggestion.

I've been very busy as of recently and havent had time to.
as far as that damn submit my ride link...that thing has been down for a long time and it has been pissing me off lol I try to come on from time to time when time allows it, but give it a month or two this is a busy time for everyone I'm sure, school is just now starting to get tougher on me. I've been around for 2 years and I have noticed that it slows like 3 times a year if im not mistaking
